1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching services provided by CB BJM (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking or attending a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility & Participation

  • Participants must be medically fit to take part in football activities.
  • It is the responsibility of the player (or parent/guardian) to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to participation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or remove a participant if their behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance.
  • Payment must be made prior to the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Prices are displayed at the time of booking and may change with reasonable notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session could be eligible for a refund or credit.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non‑refundable.
  • If we cancel a session (e.g. weather, coach illness), we will offer a refund or rescheduled session.

5. Weather & Venue Changes

  • Sessions may be cancelled or relocated due to adverse weather or pitch conditions.
  • We are not responsible for travel or other costs incurred if a session is cancelled.

6. Health & Safety

  • Participation is at the player’s own risk.
  • While reasonable care is taken, football carries an inherent risk of injury.
  • Appropriate equipment (e.g. shin pads, boots suitable for the surface) must be worn.

7. Liability

  • We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury, except where caused by our negligence.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen property brought to sessions.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Photography & Media

  • We may take photos or videos during sessions for coaching, marketing, or social media purposes.
  • If you do not wish for images to be used, please notify us in writing.

9. Safeguarding & Conduct

  • We follow appropriate safeguarding and welfare standards.
  • Abusive, discriminatory, or aggressive behaviour towards coaches, players, or officials will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

10. Data Protection

  • Personal data is handled in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
  • Details are used solely for booking, communication, and safeguarding purposes.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • The latest version will always apply to future bookings.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
